Wendy Carr is Associate Dean of Teacher Education and a faculty member in the Department of Language and Literacy Education. Her work focuses on teacher education and French second language education with research about immigrant learners of French and English in Canada. As a teacher educator, she emphasizes that all teachers, regardless of subject area, are language teachers.
