Research Themes:  Language, Sustainability and Transnationalism

Victoria Surtees is a Teaching and Learning Specialist in internationalization at the University of the Fraser Valley.

Her research draws on discourse analytic methods to investigate informal opportunities for language learning (e.g., peer interaction) as well as ideologies and discourses related to study abroad, international education, and language learning in a globalized world.
