Espen Stranger-Johannessen is an associate professor at Centre for Studies of Educational Practice (SePU), Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences. Espen completed his PhD in Language and Literacy Education at the University of British Columbia, with Bonny Norton as his supervisor.

Research Interests: The African Storybook and teacher identity.
